Melvadu is committed to ensuring that our digital educational platform at melvadu.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to available standards and guidelines.
Our Commitment
We believe that every learner deserves equal access to educational content. Melvadu strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, and conforming to those guidelines helps us serve all users more effectively.

This accessibility statement applies to all pages and content published under the domain melvadu.com, including course materials, lecture pages, registration flows, and support resources.

Perceivable Content
- All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text
- Video and multimedia content is accompanied by captions or transcripts where applicable
- Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information
- Text and background color combinations meet a minimum contrast ratio of 7:1
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Operable Interface
- All functionality is accessible via keyboard navigation
- Visible focus indicators are present on all interactive elements
- No content flashes more than three times per second
- Users are given sufficient time to read and interact with content
- Skip navigation links are provided to allow users to bypass repetitive content
Understandable Structure
- Pages use clear, consistent navigation and labeling
- Form inputs include descriptive labels and error messages
- Language of each page is programmatically defined in the HTML
- Headings follow a logical, sequential hierarchy
Robust Compatibility
- HTML and CSS are written to current standards to maximize compatibility with assistive technologies
- ARIA landmarks and roles are applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- The platform is tested with common screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
Known Limitations
While we strive to meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address the following known issues:
- Some older embedded third-party content may lack full caption support
- Certain interactive learning modules are undergoing accessibility review and improvement
- PDF documents generated prior to 2022 may not be fully tagged for screen reader use
We are continuously working to remediate these issues and improve overall accessibility across all content.
