This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Melvadu protects its own intellectual property and respects the intellectual property rights of others. By accessing or using the services provided at melvadu.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Ownership of Content
All content available through the Melvadu platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, video recordings, audio materials, course structures, instructional designs, software, user interface elements, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Melvadu or its content licensors.
This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. No rights are transferred to you by accessing or using the platform beyond those expressly stated in these terms.
2. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable subscription or enrollment agreement, Melvadu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
2.1 What You May Do
- Access and view course materials for your own learning
- Take notes and create personal study materials derived from the content
- Download materials where a download option is explicitly provided
- Share links to publicly available course descriptions or pages
2.2 What You May Not Do
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without written permission
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the content
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary labels
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract content from the platform
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
3. Trademarks
The name Melvadu, the associated logo, and any other product or service names, slogans, or designs used on the platform are trademarks of Melvadu. Nothing in this policy or elsewhere on the platform grants any right to use these marks without the prior written consent of Melvadu.
Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos that appear on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
4. User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the platform, including comments, questions, assignments, or feedback, you grant Melvadu a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
Melvadu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly.
5.1 How to Submit a Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information in writing to our support team:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the material you claim is infringing, including its location on the platform
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address. Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the removed or disabled content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Your physical or electronic signature
6. Repeat Infringers
Melvadu reserves the right to terminate, at its sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. This may occur without prior notice where repeated or serious violations are identified.
7. Open-Source and Third-Party Components
Certain components of the Melvadu platform may incorporate open-source software or third-party libraries. Such components are governed by their respective licenses, and this policy does not limit any rights or obligations arising from those licenses.
Nothing in this policy grants you any rights to such third-party components beyond what is permitted by their own license terms.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide Melvadu with any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or other feedback regarding the platform or its content, you agree that Melvadu may use such feedback freely and without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.
9. Modifications to This Policy
